Cara Menghapus Akun Anda
Anda dapat meminta penghapusan akun melalui dua cara:
Opsi 1: Melalui Aplikasi
Buka Menu
Buka aplikasi Sndirian (navigasi ke Pengaturan) atau Sgap (ketuk menu titik tiga di dashboard).
Pilih "Hapus Akun"
Gulir ke bawah dan ketuk opsi "Hapus Akun" di bagian bawah pengaturan.
Konfirmasi Penghapusan
Baca peringatan yang ditampilkan, verifikasi identitas Anda menggunakan recovery phrase (Sndirian) atau recovery PIN (Sgap), lalu konfirmasi penghapusan. Akun dan data Anda akan langsung dihapus secara permanen.
Opsi 2: Melalui Email
Jika Anda tidak dapat mengakses aplikasi, kirim email ke halo@sndirian.id dengan subjek "Hapus Akun" dan sertakan informasi berikut:
- Alamat email atau nomor telepon yang terdaftar
- Nama aplikasi (Sndirian atau Sgap, atau keduanya)
Kami akan memproses permintaan penghapusan Anda dalam waktu 30 hari kerja.
Data yang Akan Dihapus

How to Delete Your Account
You can request account deletion through two methods:
Option 1: Through the App
Open Menu
Open the Sndirian app (navigate to Settings) or Sgap app (tap the three-dot menu on the dashboard).
Select "Delete Account"
Scroll down and tap the "Delete Account" option at the bottom of the settings page.
Confirm Deletion
Read the warning displayed, verify your identity using your recovery phrase (Sndirian) or recovery PIN (Sgap), then confirm the deletion. Your account and data will be immediately and permanently deleted.
Option 2: Via Email
If you cannot access the app, send an email to halo@sndirian.id with the subject "Delete Account" and include the following information:
- Registered email address or phone number
- App name (Sndirian or Sgap, or both)
We will process your deletion request within 30 business days.
Data That Will Be Deleted
